The person working at 7:30 pm on 11/9/2020 was incredibly rude to me because I ordered food half an hour before they closed. I definitely understand the frustration with customers who come in before closing, but it was 30 minutes prior and they were incredibly rude, verbally complaining about me to another customer as I was standing right there, and then very aggressively threw the pen to sign the receipt across the counter at me and told me, with explicit language, how much I had inconvenienced their evening. As someone who worked in customer service for several years, I am not condoning them for being frustrated, but the way in which they approached in and treated me was beyond unprofessional and I doubt I will be returning here.
Worst customer service, the ‘manger’ was the one who helped me and the way she treated me after I had waited for 15 minutes with no service was ridiculous I didn’t even get a sandwich?? Completely unprofessional and the woman who worked at Walmart told me there was nothing to be done. So hopefully someone sees this and avoids the location at all cost:(
Wow, no one was here at lunch time. Better for me. Staff was super friendly and made me the most perfect footlong sandwich. Crisp lettuce, tomatoes, olive, green peppers on Italian bread. Place was super clean and COVID precautions in place.
Employee first snipped at me not to tell them what kind of sandwich I wanted until after they put their gloves on, when they had asked me what kind of bread I wanted. As if I did something rude. He then started arguing in front of me with another employee anout who should replace some item in the back, he was complaining that he couldn't do because customers wouldn't stop coming (I was the only person in line) he said this several times as if to let me know I shouldn't have shown up when I did. Then when he asked what sandwich I wanted he made me feel like trash for saying bacon chicken ranch instead of chicken bacon ranch. Was completely antagonistic and rude in correcting me, it made me uncomfortable. Avoid this location.
