I spoke to channel on Monday june29th not that I could get her to understand me as she talked over me the entir time.i made a payment June 18 I was chaged14.95 for a fast payment and received a letter of renewal expiration I feel that I am owed a credit of 1495 because it was not credited until the 22 of June and was paid on 22 what’s the sense in having quick pay and charging if you don’t apply it to account right away.
