Purchased a really nice for my fiance. The piece that holds the stone fell out after a year. Went to store and guy tried to act like I didn't buy it there. After quick back and forth, he remembers me. (He's not the one who sold it to me) Took almost month and a half to get back. Received the ring and the stone was set crooked. Let it go because it wasn't noticeable unless you looked up close. Here we are 4 months later and it fell out again. Will take to different place to repair the right way. *side note wear and tear would be minimal. She works on a PC for work and doesn't even wear it much at home

3 years ago my husband bought me a nice ring from Belgium jewelry store in the Quakerbridge Mall Lawrence New Jersey five last two times I had to pay for it fell out again last week I will never go there again they won't even help you and no other way to compensate for another ring I'd be happy if they fixed it and it stayed in never again
