Jen at Quakerbridge mall is amazing. So friendly and very helpful. Always answers all my questions. I definitely recommend her to help you with your jewelry needs.
Just an FYI the jewelry you order online comes in faster than the jewelry you order at the store. Also the order number that the sales person gave me I try to check the order status online but they said the order number was invalid. Not only that just because a person doesn't dress the part doesn't mean they don't have money. This is the second store where the sales person treats you like a second class citizen. I'll do my shopping online from now on because I like there jewelry.
They do not open at 11am as stated. 09/26/2020. It's now 11: 20am the gate still closed. I am waiting to pick up my ring... no one is in the store to open the gate. Good going.
They are never open. They don’t open at 11 or 12 or 2pm. I’ve called hundreds of times and no one ever answers. Been trying to pick up my things for 2 weeks now. The kiosk across says they open when ever they feel like it and now i believe it.
5 stars for the manager Jen. I’ve been going to her for years for purchases I needed help with and she was prompt and took care of any problem or concerns I had. She provides excellent service.
