I got my cartilage pierced about a week ago and I am currently sitting in Urgent Care because one of my piercings was infected; they have to take it out. I’ve been waking up at 5am for three mornings straight in horrible pain. There was NO warning given to me about this. I was even using the solution given to me 3 times a day.nWould not recommend getting ears pierced here; especially cartilage.

Very rude customer service. The attendant was on her phone watching videos and when asked for help she was very rude and disrespectful. No interest in helping or talking properly. Would never go back.

Employee was very rude when I asked about the return policy. This is why I don’t shop here anymore.
