They need a way for people to redeem the offers from the app without going inside. I should be able to avail myself of the curbside pickup and be able to receive the deal, one word, SCANNERS!! Now to this location, it is not even close to the quality of food or service it used to offer. The grilled chicken is dry and over cooked. The servers are not interested in customer service, only in moving you along. When asked for extra cilantro, one measley stem was added. Asked for more was given one more stem. Had to yell to even be heard for anything. Overall, nit a pleasant experience!

I go to various Café Rio locations a LOT and with my previous incredible experiences, I expected a good experience here. Got my text that my food was ready, walked inside and looked at the shelf, not there. Waited for 10 minutes before I asked for my position. Got told, oh ya, let me check. Went back, 5 minutes later was handed what looked like to be a quickly made burrito with half the portion of salad and NOT anywhere as bulging with extra meat like I had ordered in the past. I know you guys were probably blasted with orders, but I would rather wait another 5 minutes after my 15 minutes to get a nice quality burrito rather than a sorry and a sorry looking burrito.

I love the food. But our last visit left an unfavorable vibe. Our food was left out on the carry away shelves for who knows how long as I sat in the car waiting for curbside delivery. When I finally went in to see what was going on, I discovered it there, incomplete. After quote a few minutes I finally found an employee (?!?!!!) And asked what the deal was. She said the person who does curbside was on break. Get it together guys! Someone's gotta cover that responsibility. The food can't just be sitting there for the HALF HOUR while we waste away, starving to death in cars, not knowing if or when we will ever eat again. 😑
