My experience with the OBGYN office was terrible. The front desk was lackadaisical and the nurses looked miserable. My doctor was okay, but she clearly doesn't run a tight ship. When I was having complications with the pregnancy, the front desk told me my doctor wasn't available or they would not take my call. When I was on the phone with my doctor about my concerns, she was understanding about my concerns, but she said I should have made an appointment. I explained the situation with the front desk, and she told me it was my job to push them more instead of fixing the problem herself. I couldn't get out of that practice fast enough, especially since the OBGYN now I have is wonderful and the practice is more organized.nnThis is a place that clearly lacks pride in their practice when there is an obvious negative work environment and the doctors allow their front desk to be so incompetent. I should also stress this is the only doctor's office that has never offered a survey asking about my experience, so I am writing about it here. Not even offering a survey shows that the practice doesn't care about its patients' well being. If you are looking for an OBGYN, go somewhere else.

My first visit to urgent care here. Good location. Clean facilities. Expect to wait hours even if you have an appointment. Staff is friendly and helpful overall.

We went to the Urgent Care there on Saturday night as my wife was in distress. It was the WORST medical experience I have ever been involved with. We waited an hour and a half for my wife to be called in back. All the time, we were watching a women that appeared to be in a lot of pain waiting. At one point she told the receptionist that she had been waiting for over 2 and 1/2 hours. Dreadful. Finally my wife was told to come back where she now sat alone for over another hours with only seeing a nurse for two minutes who told her to change into a gown. The lack of care was worse than the distress and we finally left never to want to go back again.nnUrgent Care was not urgent and there was no care.

I was in major pain from a strained/sprained wrist which had gotten progressively worse over the past week since I sustained the original injury. Initially I was told the wait would be an hour. Having read some of the scant reviews I was concerned because they were somewhat less than stellar. Thankfully my experience was just the opposite. The projected hour wait was more like 30 minutes and everything was smooth going from there. Examined, X-Rayed, diagnosed and treated in just under 2 hours. I was on my way to Wegmans for a quick grocery shop with a splint on my wrist and then home. Additional Note: I went to BIDMC Urgent Care around 2 PM in the afternoon on a Thursday. I had hoped that I would avoid crowding and the slow down which occurs in those situations. I did lol.
