Worst experience of my life ! Always come to ny for the night life first and last time here , security put hands on me and my friends physically for no reason what so ever , customer service sucks , really unprofessional place, def not a good time or good music please don’t waste your time or money here , the whole staff here was really rude even the guy working in the bathroom and I felt discriminated , too small and crowded also with rude people

I was there for my friend's bday party and a bouncer and whomever else was very rude and didn't let in about half of us in (those who came for the party). Not cool. The bday girl set it up for girls to get in free before a specific time and they still didn't let me in and others. They seemed so entitled as if they're too good for the common folk. Well when I'm famous, I will definitely not be going here.

Was closed when we tried to visit on a Friday night. Went to Marquee instead and had a great time.

My boyfriend and I purchased non-refundable tickets in advance for a Halloween Party at Gilded Lilly this past Saturday (10/28/2017 11PM). When we arrived at the venue, the person at the door informed us that they overbooked and could not let any more people inside. Why would they continue to sell tickets that far exceed their maximum people capacity? To make matters worse, the person at the door said it doesn't matter if we had tickets, if we wanted him to let us in we had to pay him extra money in cash so that he could do us a favor. I was shocked and never dealt with any business that operated like that nor am I interested to. There were more than 80 people crowding the street waiting outside with us and after 2 hours we still did not get in and went elsewhere. Avoid this place, the negative reviews are not exaggerating. They scam and rip off people off trying to celebrate with their hard-earned money. It cannot be legal how they handle business. How long before they get a lawsuit.

This place will always be full that's a good thing and a bad thing at the same time. We had a table in front of the dance floor and people kept coming into our space. There is a limit of 7 people per table but the table next to us had about 14 people or more which made it so hard to be comfortable on our own table. Service was fast, guys came in all the time filling up our table with more mixers, even though a girl from the table beside us through herself at our table (I mean literally on purpose) the waiters were kind enough to clean everything. At the end of the night a waitress kept asking for a $200 tip, which was son unfair because she only served us once! I never saw here again for the rest of the night. So in conclusion yes it's a good place to party but don't get a table close from the dance floor.
