Birch meets the individual needs of each and every client and treat each client as a family member.nnWe reached out to Birch to provide celebration services for our daughter’s Sweet 16 for a party group of 18 teenage party attendants. The interactions we had with Birch were with associate, Jason. After contacting a number of other services, we knew Birch was bar none.nnEach in-person and/or phone interaction we had with associate Jason were welcomed with time and patience. Jason provided genuine time, interest and care in getting to know us as clients, our needs for the service, and how to provide the service to meet our needs. Jason gave us above and beyond time, patience, accommodations and professionalism. Truly, when we think of Birch, Jason immediately comes to mind and we would-without a doubt- use Birch again and recommend Birch with highest regard.because of Jason.nnOur waitress for the evening, was professional from the minute we met her until she our service time came to an end. Went here pre-COVID19 for a friends birthday. The bartenders upstairs were charging us more $ than the bartenders downstairs! How does that make any sense? I was charged differently for vodka + club soda by 3 different bartenders! The music was trash. & A fight broke out cause some white guys were picking on a brown dude! Horrible experience

EEhhh... Came here for drinks and dancing ended up getting frys and an over the top milk shake....had a decent time hanging out downstairs, plenty of places to take pics and worth the visit. Bathrooms were accessible and easy to get to. The party area upstairs was cool and set up nicely with a few areas to sit even if you didn't get VIP. Will return if I'm in the area as a stop

This place is a mediocre attempt at a nightclub. The music is terrible and the bartenders make weak drinks.

Bouncers were very rude!!! I had a pass (which said Birch and other details on it to waive the fee) from a promoter to get into this bar and the bouncers mumbled something and said I couldnt use it to enter the bar and had to pay the $10 cover fee. I was so SHOCKED. The promoter that referred me (literally from 1 block away) was definitely associated with the bar so why did the bouncers act so confused?? Why promote a place you won’t even let people into? When we went in the summer, they literally had trash drinks and the place was filled with old creepy men. I would stay away from this place. If you guys are looking for a fun time to dance and get decent priced drinks, go to Mills, Tally Ho, Green Rock, literally ANYWHERE in Hoboken instead of this trashy place.nnIf I can give this place 0 stars, I totally would!
