Hoboken Public Library

I went to the library today to try to use a computer and print (as I don’t have a printer at home) and the worker who’s supposed to help me at that station was very rude and sarcastic! He never told me his name but I’ve dealt with his rude self in the past in the children’s section. He has dreads and seems to only talk in a condescending tone of voice. He should learn some better customer service etiquette or just be fired. You shouldn’t work in a PUBLIC library if you always have an attitude like you don’t want to help the public. Will not be going back for that service.

People who work at the library are always polite, genuine and very helpful. They make going in there a pleasure. Smart dealing with the pandemic! Thanks!

Such a beautiful, historic library. The selection isn’t large but ordering books is very easy and the experience is painless.

I have two kids and they love to borrow books on 3rd floor every week. The library provides free kids classes which are nice, and also I know they have some adults classes too. One thing, I don't like that there are some computers for kids to play with. I wish my kids tried to read more books rather than trying to play games in front of the computer.

Good place to get work done whether you're a student or professional.
