Over the last twenty years, Reynold has resized my diamond wedding ring up and down as my fingers changed in size due to pregnancy. He assembled my second sapphire engagement ring. My eldest daughter used to stop by after school to pick up my jewelry and gaze longingly at the gleaming gems in long glass cases. That is where I bought her the first piece of solid gold jewelry she ever owned.nnEveryone needs a reliable second opinion when it comes to quality jewelry. Reynold and Tony have been invaluable in assisting multiple generations of my family build individual and group collections.

Recently came to Hoboken G&D to get a diamond set on a new band for my fiance's engagement ring. She had a very specific design in mind, and Reynold was able to work his magic and get it just like she wanted it! He worked to my requests, and when he was unsatisfied with the original redesign, he let me know and showed/explained the issues and came back the next week with a design that my fiance loved!nnWould definitely recommend the work done by Reynold and HG&D!

I highly recommend Reynold at Hoboken Gold and Diamonds. I needed to reset an engagement ring that has been in the family for almost 100 years so I needed someone I could trust. I came to Reynold with a few pictures of rings that I liked and with his expertise he helped me create the perfect custom design. He kept me updated on the progress and sent me pictures of the ring every step of the way. The finished product was beautiful, well-crafted, and what I envisioned. My fiancé loves it. He also stayed well within the budget we communicated from the start.

This place is amazing! My fiancé proposed with his grandmother's wedding band / engagement ring. They were welded together and in need of a little repair. I took the ring to another jeweler in the area first. They said they were not sure they would be able to separate them. Reynold took one look and was immediately sure it could be done. Not only was he able to separate the two rings, restoring them back to their original condition, but he was able to do the complicated work in less than two weeks. His pricing was fair and his work was impeccable. My in-laws were shocked at the results. The claimed the ring looked better than it ever had! I will never take a nice piece of jewelry anywhere else. I would recommend Reynold's work to anyone.

Reynold saved the day for me this past Sunday. He resized and cleaned a ring for me on his day off and within an hour. The ring was a family ring at least sixty years old, but thanks to Reynold it looks brand new. I highly recommend using Reynold for your jewelry needs, especially engagement rings.
