Very welcoming and friendly staff. They like to give information about the products without hesitation. Very enthusiastic! Jeremy and Laura helped me out picking my watch and they were in no rush in making me go ahead with the purchase. Definitely feel free to go in and ask about a time-piece if you are getting into it or just curious. They will help you out.

I reached out to W. Kodak jewelers to purchase pearls to gift to my niece each year such that at a milestone birthday she is able to assemble a single strand. I gave very little direction and leaned heavily on Annemarie who provided expertise and and guidance on how to best approach. Annemarie was fast, knowledgeable and super supportive throughout the process. I knew very little and she was always there with ideas, photos, and options. My experience far exceeded my expectations with not only the quality of jewelry but also the exceptional customer service. I will definitely return to work with Annemarie in the future and highly recommend shopping at W. Kodak Jewelers.

I cannot say enough about my great experience at Kodak Jewelers , Dana is the absolute best!! The epitome of professionalism, Dana is knowledgeable, efficient, patient... and personable. She is my go to person for jewelry, whether it be diamonds, gold or watches... she is the one. I know when I shop with Dana, I have her undivided attention, she listens and actually hears you when you speak to her. She makes you feel comfortable and makes every purchase a special one....Kodak is now the preferred jeweler of my friends and family as well, we wouldn't shop with anyone else! Thanks Kodak and thanks Dana for being wonderful!!!

Dana and the rest of the staff at Kodak are the best. They make a rather big decision of picking out a wedding band feel so easy. You can tell they care a lot about the quality of their product and it shines through in their customer service. I highly recommend Kodak to anyone shopping for jewelry. I love my ring!

I had a great experience at Kodak and Jeremy and Dana are the best in business. From the start they made me feel at home and were extremely accommodating while also putting no pressure on me to buy. Jeremy knows his watches well and could walk me through any piece - Dana also has great product knowledge and fantastic taste while being extremely honest throughout the whole process. I ended up with a beautiful Tudor and couldn't be happier with my selection. Jeremy and Dana made the whole experience fun and I hope to buy more watches from them as I expand my collection in the future. 10/10 recommend stopping by
