Decent gallery but their current exhibits are quite boring even for an avid art lover. If you like minimal, contemporary art this is the place for you but I wouldn't come back unless they switched things up.

One of the world's best and biggest art galleries. you come here to see stars of the art world put out some of their newest works. There's also often retrospectives of more established artists who are getting on in their years. This is probably the number one gallery in New York City

Art Walk is a great time to visit DTLA at night. I wouldn't really recommend you bring your small children, but I'm not the boss of you. I just don't think kids would enjoy it as much as adults.nMeet up with friends, chow down on food truck goodness, walk around, visit a few galleries, and have a good time!
