Poor service. Went to pay with cash, said the machine was broken. Another time I asked for food and he just looked at me. They also don’t seem to do anything right.
The 7 eleven itself is okay but the service here is HORRIBLE. The Indian guy that usually takes the night shift routinely puts up a sign saying “back in ___ minutes” ranging from 5 - 30 mins. So we’re just supposed to wait around for half an hour? I thought this was a CONVENIENCE store.nnThe guy barely talks too. You ask him if you can get something made like taquitos or pizza and he just slightly shakes his head without uttering a word. If you haven’t seen him do it to you multiple times, you’d just think he’s silently staring at you. Then you have to break the silence to ask “there’s no food” and he’ll just utter some small, indecipherable noise with a slight head nod.nnThere’s a 7-11 in Newton that’s always open. Go there instead. Takes an extra 3-5 mins depending on where you are but it’s a hell of a lot better. You never know if this guy will put up a sign.
i have been coming to this store everyday for launch for a year now this lady customer service is wow very professional every time shes working the store is always clean and smell good because of this lady. i recommend this location
Nice enough 24 hour place. There's no hot food on Sundays, and the coffee area has an awkward layout that makes it more difficult to use than it needs to be.
These places all have the same products so the only difference are the people who work there.nnThis location has the rudest employees, no wonder they all look so miserable.nnDon't bother supporting this location, maybe they'll improve if their bottom line suffers.
