We rented from Aaron for 2 years in Newmarket. His demeanor is a great mix of professional and relaxed, and I was impressed by the amount of work he and Dave (the handiest of all handy men) put into the building we were renting in. Aaron was very prompt in his responses via email, text, and phone call. I would definitely recommend!

I worked with Atrio Properties when I located to the Seacoast area. I found Aaron Brown to be both professional and very knowledgeable about the housing market and the area. His assistance and guidance during the search and purchasing process of my house was extremely helpful and he made the process a seamless transaction. I have been an Employee of Arron Brown and have assisted in work on his properties for two summers now when I am off from University. What I have seen while working for and with him is that he and in turn Atrio properties truly cares for his tenants and wants to keep the properties in working order, jumping around from one property to another to try to help where he can. Over all I have had absolutely no issues with Atrio Properties.

Aaron helped me sell my multi-family property in the Seacoast area and I agree with everything Jeanne W says below. I found him to be very knowledgeable about the housing market, in general, and also specifically for multi-family properties. He managed showings to limit the inconvenience to tenants and also provided a lot of guidance for the transition between landlords. He was always available for questions and kept me informed of the process and what would be happening next. I couldn't believe how smooth the transaction was! It can be a stressful experience - moving and selling a house - and I really felt that Aaron managed things in a way that minimized the stress for me.

I was a tenant in one of Aaron's properties and found him to be a kind and engaged landlord. Had to move out of the area, but would definitely reach out to him if I find myself moving back.
