They are a criminal operation. Kiss your security deposit goodbye if you rent from them. I spent hours cleaning and was told the baldfaced lie that the place was unkempt. Do not do business with any third-party property management and especially this one! I would give them no stars if I could.

They harassed me demanding the key to the property and threatened me a day before the lease was up. Carey and giampa also sent me an e-mail threatening to call the police because they thought I stole some stuff Which was in the basement. They could have asked me in a nice way where that stuff was but they chose to threaten me instead. This company is not professional and Cierra which is my contact person through Carey and giampa was not professional in any way shape or form and if you have to deal with her I'd advise you not to

Top agency in the area! I was a relo and needed to find a home quickly. The agent was able to help me find a home that perfectly fit my family and provided us material showing what they believed the home was worth and what our offer should be. We were able to get the home significantly down from asking price. We did encounter some hiccups towards the end of the transaction and it's almost as if this agency works as a team as the agent, office manager and managing broker stepped in to help as this was an issue where it was almost out of the agents hands. Again, great place to do business!

Always loved picking up the color magazines with Carey & Giampa on the cover, so when my wife and I decided to sell our lifelong home we chose Carey & Giampa!
