I recently moved to Middleton NH and was in need of an electrician to assist me in choosing and installing a stand by generator. Well, I had no prior knowledge of generators, since I am a city girl but I was so, so fortunate to have hired Rainone Electric. Gus, the owner took the time to explain the choices, the value, the availability and the costs. He happily answered all my questions. While awaiting the delivery of my generator, we had a huge storm that knocked out my power, Gus texted me in the morning and asked me if I wanted him to temporarily install a portable generator to ensure that my pipes did not freeze and that I was comfortable, & this was on a Sunday morning. I was so relieved & grateful by this kind act and his genuine concern and professionalism.nIf you need an Electrician that is responsive, professional & knowledgeable and has 100% follow through, Rainone Electric is your company.

I switched to Rainone Electric about 18 months ago after years of using another local firm. I could not be happier with Gus and his team. Each one of them is qualified, professional and hardworking. Everything is neatly done with great detail. And on top of all that they are courteous and just plain nice! They have done everything from new construction to repairs and generators for me. The most differentiating aspect about Rainone Electric is that they are relentlessly responsive and communicative! You know where you stand, they show up when they say they are going to and they simply make things right. For example - Gus came the other day when the power was out for hours and hooked up a generator for us to use temporarily because our new one was not ready, yet. He did not have to do that but he cares and that will ensure he has my business for as long as I have business to give him!

Rainone is my favorite electric company hands down. All of the employees are extremely professional, courteous, and listen to what needs to be done. They are very detail oriented and verified what we needed done before, during, and after the project. Thank you to everyone that works at Rainone for two outstanding experiences.
