I always park here & tell others to do the same. It’s a well lit parking lot, spacious spots. I’ve never had to pay more than $10 (sometimes after 6pm they drop the rate a little). The attendants are very pleasant, especially one woman who has been there most the times I have parked here (love her to pieces, she’s very sweet). It’s located on the further end of the beach by Ships Inn. It’s on the corner of Ashworth Ave & A Street, by a huge American flag.

We had a great parking experience at Chat Chew & Play. The owner is so nice and friendly, as were the other employees. I would definitely park here again!

Best parking lot on the beach by far!! Friendly attendants, reasonable prices, plenty of space to park and unload and a good overall environment
