Great view of Hampton Beach! There are 3 rooms with ocean views so book quickly because they are always booked. They provide a 15% discount when you eat at their restaurant and JB's down the street. And they provide free parking for one car in a nearby lot. This place is on the corner of F street.
I showed up off-season, during covid-19, without a reservation, and was given a standard room which was very clean, and had an air conditioner, a heater, a biggish screen TV with several channels, a mini-fridge (but no coffeemaker), a bathroom with big plush towels, and the bed was very comfortable and clean. The staff did not wear masks except for the waiters and waitresses in the restaurant, but there were so few people around it was easy enough to keep distant from people. I also received 15% off when I ate at their restaurant. The food was ok and was the same menu offered at most of the boardwalk restaurants, not earthshattering but decent.
Place was a dump ,broken blinds , broken tv, barely working a.c.and side room had view of roofs and outdoors backyard. Will never stay here again!!
This place was terrible stayed there on Thursday paid alot of money couch didn't pull out tv didn't work garbage behind couch only thing good was the food food was excellent but wouldn't stay here again Dirty
It's at the beach. ud83cudf34 Outstanding Bloody Mary's.....Boardwalk fries are good too.
