Dan Hartley is very pleasant and knowledgeable, thorough and yet straight to the point. He has no problem spending a little extra time going over everything from start to finish. He has a great team around him and there good at what they do. Dan responds very quickly and addresses any questions or concerns you might have. I bought my first home and was very nervous but Dan made the process very simple and the closing was a breeze and within one hour I was opening the front door to my new home. Thanks Dan and Casassa law office for helping me and my family with our new home and I will always turn to you if I ever need legal advice again. I would highly recommend this group of professionals if you ever need honest legal assistance.

He has an excellent sense of when to play hardball and how to position a client well in negotiating a settlement.
