We have been doing our home over and wanted to have a gas fireplace. What a wonderful experience we had with Jackson Fireplace & Patio. The moment we walked into the showroom we met Alison and talk about knowing your product she certainly does. She pointed out all the different options we had and gave us price ranges for the different styles. Because of our home repairs we had to change some dates and times and they were so accommodating each time...so professional.nnDave came out and did all the work with the installation and then explained in detail and took his time on how to work the gas fireplace. He was so knowledgeable and helpful.nnI would certainly recommend this company to anyone who wants to get a gas fireplace...from start to end...NOTHING BUT THE BEST!

I have 3 fireplaces that were just serviced by Dave at Jackson Fireplace. He was extremely knowledgable, professional and on time! As a matter of fact a little early. He also gave me a tutorial on one of the remotes with features i wasn't even aware of. From start to finish dealing with the office and the service, I would highly recommend.

Incredibly pleasant, knowledgeable place. Allison was wonderful when I called to schedule service for the Westport gas stove that came with the house we bought,. Dave, who came to perform the service, was simply lovely. Pleasant, efficient, and thorough. Price was exactly as quoted. Thrilled to have our stove in tip-top shape for the upcoming season -- and even happier to have a found a local company that is so pleasant and trustworthy.

They were prompt in getting back with us about our gas fireplace service, did an outstanding job, and they were reasonable. We will definitely call them again and would use them should we ever need to buy a fireplace or patio. I just read the review from the person that said they were rude, etc etc. My experience was the exact opposite. They were friendly, helpful, and went over and above.

Alison and Ken were an all-star team in every respect. Customer service, suggestions/solutions, efficient, installation, attention to detail and simply just NICE to deal with at every level. I have used them twice now, for two very different projects, and will use them again and again as needs arise.
