My wife and I needed to schedule a Covid test because we were experiencing some of the symptoms. It took 2 and a half hours to download our pictures and insurance cards to get an appointment 2 days later. The day of our appointment, 20 minutes before our scheduled appointments, we get a call saying that their “system is down”? What system is needed? Don’t they just issue and collect the swabs? So now we have to try to get an appointment elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to be tested.

These people have been VERY RUDE, on more than one occasion! If you need to fill a prescription for a DOCTOR PRESCRIBED medication that happens to be a controlled substance, YOU WILL be treated like a criminal! I should clarify, it's NOT the assistants, they are very polite and respectful. It's the Management. They have no knowledge of your condition, but think you should be treated like a criminal because of a doctor's choice of medication!

I don't get to this CVS very often, but today I did. The service that I received from Jessica at checkout was fantastic! She was making sure that all my extra bucks were used and she was so pro customer, pleasant and knowledgeable! This store also has a much bigger inventory than most!

First off- the staff are super super friendly and trying to be helpful.nnNow- Apart from the obvious need for a renovation, the terrible layout, crampy feel and dim light, the place itself is TOTALLY DISORGANIZED.nFor example- you can find compression socks in three completely different parts of the store, two of which not even the staff are aware of.nSame for OTC supplements. The staff, though super friendly, aren’t knowledgeable at all. When we asked for a specific iron supplement we were told they CVS didn’t carry it and it wasn’t an OTC medicine. (It’s iron. They sell the exact one I wanted on amazon. We needed up getting it at the Hannaford and later saw that CVS does carry it.)nSo these are just a few examples.
