Campers Inn RV of Kingston

We were researching on the inter-webs we are watching YouTube we’re watching the RV camping channel and we just got really overwhelmed with all of the features and products and accessories. We finally called Campers Inn and met with John told him what we wanted and he explained why we would want something or why we wouldn’t want some thing he’s alleviated all of our anxiety and stress and now we know which trailer we want. Nothing worse than buying some thing and then a month later figure out that is not what you wanted JOHN was very professional courteous knowledgeable and personable

My wife and I had an amazing experience with Campers Inn RV. Our sales rep. Tony was awesome and very knowledgeable. Tony was able to assist us with our tow capacity of our truck by paying attention to every question we asked. We also, want to give a big THANK YOU to Ken out finance rep. who walked us through our financial needs. My wife Grace and I recommend this dealer because of their 5 star attention of their customers.

First experience looking for an RV. Met with Chris DeMeritt who made us feel at ease as he explained the features in the model we were interested in and showed us the differences in various other campers. Felt under no pressure at any time to commit to making a purchase. After an hour or so, we knew what we wanted and moved ahead. Ken Unger made the buying process very easy taking time to explain the available additional options, again under no pressure, just giving sound advice. A good all round experience.

We went there without an appointment and the receptionist was Great. She matched us up with Chris who was an excellent ambassador for Campers Inn in Kingston. He was patience and kind and let us look at every one that we wanted to look at. He made sure we felt comfortable. He never seemed rushed or in a hurry. He may have been but he never showed that to us. I want to thank campers in for having Chris as a sales for us. He's made the difference we were looking for and will be ordering a new camper there with Chris of course. ud83dude42

We were first time Camper-Trailer shoppers; real greenhorns. We could not have selected a better RV dealer. They had a very large variety from which to evaluate. From the young lady behind the desk, our first impression was positive; she set the tone for a friendly and helpful environment. In fact, everyone with whom we dealt was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Not one sour apple!nOut salesperson, John, was phenomenal! Talk about the opposite of the stereotype vehicle salesperson: low key, no pressure, very patient, and willing to answer any question. He was extremely knowledgeable, but, If he did not know the answer, he would find out and get back to us. His follow through was excellent. He let us take all the time we needed and guided us through. His genuine interest was to make sure we got the right camper-trailer for us and our towing vehicle, so we would have a safe and enjoyable experience. He made our whole experience, that extended over several visits, painless and actually enjoyable.nWe finally met with Ken in finance. He went through the paperwork, there was a lot, quickly but thoroughly, making sure we had no questions as we went along. He presented all options to us and offered the best way to deal with each one. We received a copy of everything and again, was really very relaxed and made the financial end very palatable. He took us back to John who let us take another look at the trailer and made suggestions on things we might want to consider purchasing.
