I have known Rachel for many years and have found her to be extremely knowledgeable in both the Insurance & Real Estate fields. Rachel helped my son and daughter-in-law get into their first home. Eames Real Estate made the process easy and efficient. Our business used Eames Insurance to save us money on our policy. Both Eames businesses are quick to respond to any needs you may have. Their customer service is above the norm which is lacking in today's world. I would not hesitate to use Eames Insurance or Real Estate when I looking for insurance or to buy a home and sell mine.

We have used Eames Insurance for well over 20 years and have received exceptional service. The cost of their insurance products is the most competitive anywhere. We double check with other agencies every few years and they never come close. Price without service is worthless, and we have never had a problem. One call to Rachel or Taylor and any concern is taken care of. We just moved to Maine after Rachel helped us sell our home in Epsom and checked with a local agency as well as Eames for a homeowners policy and Eames was less than half the cost. Knowing the exceptional service we would receive from Eames Insurance that was the easiest decision with our move. For us, Eames Insurance and Real Estate is the only way to go.

Finding Rachel Eames was the best choice we could have made after our move from AZ to NH. Rachel's experience and knowledge of the NH Market, not to mention her friendly nature and down to earth hard working approach, was the only reason we were able to find our home in Concord, NH, in such a highly competitive market. We have brought all of our insurance needs to Rachel's team as well, due to the wonderful service and highly competitive pricing she was able to offer us. I have been a client with Eames Insurance for several years for both my home, umbrella and auto policies. I have found their level of service far surpass insurance companies I have previously worked with. I have submitted three claims in the past with Eames and every time their responsiveness was excellent. I have been approached by several insurance agents over the years and have not had one that have been able to beat the cost and coverages of the policies I have with Eames Insurance. I recommend Eames Insurance to anyone looking for a a highly ethical, professional and fairly priced company to manage all your insurance needs.
