I called this organization multiple times before I heard back from anyone. I spoke to the intake coordinator in December who said they'd get back to me in 2 weeks. It's been 5 weeks and have not had a returned called yet.

I talked to in take provider Ruth she told me that we would speak again. I sent all my stuff never herd back from her.i called everyday 3 times or more an no answer no call back its been more than 6 weeks wish I could give it no stars. This place sucks

I give CEDC a five star rating. But don't make the mistake of thinking that you will be happy when a family member goes there. When you go through the treatment process, you will be alone, confused, helpless, frustrated and unhappy. However, what you need to know is that these difficulties are part of recovery. One of the best days in your son's or daugter's life may be the day you enroll him or her in the residential treatment program at CEDC.
