Dermatology Associates

I have been waiting for over 2 months to get a call back from this office about a second opinion on a pathology report. If you call this office it connects you to a call center, not the actual office. I was told that the physicians were too busy to talk to me, out of the dozen times I have called and each time they have asked for a call back number i have received ZERO callbacks. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time, I am going elsewhere.

Entire experience with NEDA has been bad .. I went for pretty straight forward visit and have seen dermatologist for this issue several times in different states over last 15 yrs. I have never had such a bad experience with dermatologist or really any other medical office in past. First I wasn't advised of private pay rate. They insisted on billing insurance even though I knew procedure was non covered. When I got the bill, wow, much much more expensive than any previous dermatologist I have been to. As for the visit, the nurse practitioner was rude and dismissive. She never allowed me to fully answer a question or even explain why I was there. She seemed to suggest I was trying to trick the insurance company although I had advised at time apt was made, when I registered and when apt first began that I was well aware that the removal would not be covered and I understood it was private pay. Overall I felt mocked and insulted by her. Worse, none of the areas that were 'frozen' have resolved. I have had larger lesions that resolved with one treatment many times before. Also she apparently called in a prescription to my pharmacy (pharmacy called to say prescription was filled) but never explained to me that she was going to do so or what it was for etc. I was quite surprised when pharmacy texted me. Again, I have never had such a bad experience or such high fees. I would not recommend this organization or this office or provider. :/

I saw Shelli and she was very patient, thorough, and efficient. Her assistant, Bianca, was the same way and they made a great team.

Dr. Ferzli is the best. He is kind and explains everything in detail before anything happens. I have referred several people, including my whole family to him. He is wonderful. Will not see anyone else.
