Market Basket is my favorite large grocery store. They usually have everything I need at reasonable prices. Their selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and fish is excellent. Their service is usually very good and most of the employees are quite helpful. I always check my receipts to be sure I was charged the correct price, especially on sale items. Market Basket makes very few mistakes, unlike Shaw's, where I have to go to the customer service counter nearly every time I shop there to get a refund for an item they overcharged me for. Market Basket's customer service team seems to be better trained and more professional than Shaw's, at least at the location I usually go to. The only reason I shop at Shaw's is because it's local for me. I'd rather drive 30 minutes more to Market Basket when I have that option.
Love this place you can get everything you need and so friendly and cheep...
Quick and easy to run down the street and if you need a pop in the bathroom real quick you know you can never align be in and out in a Flash
This store literally has everything on your shopping list and so much more if it's food ,or food related they have it with plenty of courteous staff to help you navigate everything and anything in the food world ..
This location is always crowded and full. The staff are very nice and consistently considerate of everyone's needs, wants, and the covid situation.nnI personally wish that more people would would follow the one way signs and be considerate of the pandemic but what can staff do about it?
