Lame. Scam. Misleading. 20ounce coffee only holds 16. It doesn’t sound like a lot but when you sell thousands of cups of coffee everyday and you steal 1/5 of the coffee you charge for them you are banking a lot of $$ and if they do this with your coffee then where else are they scamming you!

This place is only good for fuel and using the bathroom. As of the night shift or what ever shifts are on at 5pm. Lazy!!!!! Dirty dump! Food is days old pizza hard as a rock, dried out finger food in the hot box, hot sandwiches that the bread is no longer bread but liquid yeast in tin foil you can literally squeeze the liquid out of the bread! Not even bread it's paste! Dunkin donuts and trust me this is not a dd you want to eat at just save yourself some nastey stomach cramps and food poisoning and go to the rest areas just off the I-93 in hooksett not too far from this pilot. Shouldn't even be called a pilot. Should be condemned! I only got pretzels and tobacco because that's all that interested me. I'm not the only person who thinks this either myself and 2 other truck drivers where just thinking about taking the trip to the rest area just down the road! Pilot should take their logo of this dump it's a disgrace to the pilot chain.
The employee by the name of Trisha who made my sandwich is very rude now I understand if you’re a grown woman who makes sandwichesnFor a living you might be upset with your life but no need to take it out on the paying customers
