I just wanted to say what a great experience I had when I purchased my car at Grappone's.Adam was such a great salesman he didn't pressure me and he was so nice and helpful. All of the people there were very nice. I have told quite a few people to go there if their looking for a vehicle. Great place to do business!!!!! They truly are a no pressure business. I purchased my vehicle through Grappone a year ago and after barely driving it due to the pandemic I brought it back here to get it inspected. I was then told it didn’t pass inspection and needed over $500 worth of work done due to normal “wear and tear”. I called a different shop to get a second opinion and after being quoted only $250 decided to bring it in. When they took a look at my car they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it and it was able to pass inspection immediately...
Fantastic experience at Grappone Honda. Sales was very organized for a seamless and quick buying process. Angela was especially helpful, spending extra time linking my phone and answering all our questions.
Every time I come here to have my car serviced they have been amazing, fair and understanding never finding any faults just to make a quick buck. And honestly have saved me so much money.
