Kristin was amazingly fast with our request for an auto and renter's insurance quote. She was able to answer all of my questions and set us up with BETTER coverage for both of our vehicles AND renter's insurance for LESS than what I was paying with Progressive with whom I only had auto. She also maintains a great balance between casual and business. We chatted while she was putting everything in the system and while our call took some time, she managed to maintain cheerful conversation while thoroughly covering all the information to get us taken care of. I received excellent service when looking for a quote and eventually enrolling in a policy with them.nnMarc is an extremely experienced insurance professional and he seeks to educate his customers so that they may choose the right coverage for their unique situations. He does not try to over-sell the way some other businesses do.nnKristen is a very pleasant and professional insurance agent. Hello,nnI would like to take a moment and say how professional and easy to work with, Justin and Erin from the Main St, Nashua, NH, State Farm office are. During this tough time of the corona virus, as a small business owner, I had to make some changes to my business and personal insurance policies. I contacted the office to firstly to find out if they were open to the public and if so, to make an in office appointment. When I called, a super professional young lady named Erin picked up the phone. She was awesome to work with. She said she was new to the position, but she did everything she could to help me out and was super professional in doing so. Any answers she did not have, she got me over to a young man named Justin. He was just as amazing as Erin. I was very impressed by both of these State Farm people. They definitely need praise for a fantastic job well done. From a local small business owner, thank you Erin and Justin for a job well done.
