I had to change insurance carriers due to needing ride share coverage that my old carrier didn't provide. I narrowed my search down to 2 carriers, and made appointments with the both. When I went to the first company the person there was completely unprepared and had to have others answer my questions. When I went to your agency, you were fully prepared having researched my home and vehicles so you had options ready for me. You offered me advice and a fair price for the coverage I needed. Where you really shined was a few weeks later when I had an accident. A few phone calls and you took care of everything. Most importantly, I truly felt that even though you are an Allstate representative, you fought for me and not for Allstate.

When I had a leak I my bathroom, Allstate was very informative and easy to work with, they went to work Right away in getting the problem fixed. Allstate was so fast an efficient and very easy to work with, they had the claim settled inva matter of a day or two. This was the first time I had to file a claim and I was so happy everything worked out so effortlessly. Thank you Allstate!!!

We have had house, auto and life policies from Allstate for over 40 years. Corinne and the prior owner handled our changing needs professionaly and straight forwardly. There were times we didn't get what we expected but each issues was addressed with clear options provided.nOur relationship has aways limited to insurance.nWe moved to Massachusetts last year and are continuing with Corinne, her staff and Allstate. We get the same service.
