It was near impossible to schedule an appointment with these guys. Once I Finally did, they promised I would get a basic pool school during closing, and I did not. The two guys that came could not have been more unfriendly and stand-offish. They were cold to my wife and would barely say a word to either of us. We will be going elsewhere next year
I've tried all local pool service companies around and was not impressed. Jim & his team are second-to-none and unparalleled in regard to work ethics such as trustworthy, consistently reliable, & efficient. They have gone above & beyond for us several times just in the last four years of using them. I am a loyal customer for life & give ASAP my unwavering recommendation for Class A Service ☆☆☆☆☆
My husband and I received sub-par service from them last year when they closed our pool for the winter. They contacted us and apologized for our unhappiness, so we figured we would give them another chance. Called them to open our pool this spring and THEY REFUSED??? Said they won't do service for people who left them a negative review. Extremely unprofessional.

ASAP has the best Service in the Windham area. Their Quality and Professionalism is outstanding, I have 35 years in the field of Quality and know what I am talking about. I have purchased new Equipment that exceeds my expectations. ASAP opened my pool and within 24 hours it was crystal clear. Last summer, at the end of July, my Water Test was perfect and it was their first such test of the summer. They know their business. Yes, I highly recommend ASAP!
