We spent a total of eight (8!!) hours in this store over the course of a Saturday and Sunday. The two managers we worked with between the two days were super helpful, kind, and super patient. However, neither of them were actually employees of this specific store - they were both visiting to help. This store is EXTREMELY understaffed. As a result, be prepared to wait a long time if you really need to talk to someone in person.nDuring hours 5-8 that we were there on Day #2 (a Sunday), there was ONE single employee who running the entire store. He was helping get us set up, calling customer service, trying to manage other customers in the store, and also answering the store phone line. It was unbelievable. In comparison, there were a total of three employees there on Saturday. One of those people was bouncing between another store (so he wasn't there the entire time), and another was a semi-new employee.nThe staffing issue is so bad, I truly feel for the employees and question how AT&T management can keep the store open during all business hours. Based on the other reviews referencing long wait times, it sounds like this has been an ongoing issue for a while.

I went in with some problems with my voicemail and the store manager stayed with me for about two hours doing everything possible to fix the issue. She was super nice and knowledgeable.

It says online they open at 11 and they open at 10, slight inconvenience but hopefully still get a good purchase.
