I really enjoyed my first time at this store the staff was really helpful. Bernardo and Moises gave me all the information I needed to pick out a birthday gift for my brother. All in all my experience was good.
These guys are amazing and help you get a little more than what others will give you! And they take the time to know and understand what 6ou are trying to do and what you are working with! Definitely has been my go to place!
This place is absolutely awful. I bought a PS4 controller from here. A 55$ Sony PlayStation controller. After 4 days I was having issues with it, some of the buttons weren’t working correctly. I then brought it back and exchanged it for another one, the 2nd controller about 3 weeks later started having serious button issues and when I finally brought it to them a couple days later they said there’s nothing they can do. All I wanted was to return the bad one and pay an extra 10$ for a brand new one so I didn’t have any issues. They said no. I then said, can you at least fix mine because I shouldn’t have any issues like this with a controller bought from your store. They said no. You should not buy anything from this store. What they did to me was just bad business and I would recommend you spend the money and buy whatever you want brand new from a different store. Once again DO NOT shop at this store.
