The installation by the technician, Scot Brady, was carried out efficiently and accurately. I felt that Scot truly had our interests at heart and was not trying in any way to oversell us with equipment that we did not need. His training was detailed and efficient. We feel we have achieved exactly the protection we need in the home we're moving into. The ADT-Pulse app makes arming and disarming incredibly easy and is certainly worth the minimal $4 per month that it costs.
Sean was super helpful and very kind to go through everything (even more than once) to ensure we completely understood everything and how it worked. He even showed us how to use the phone app. If we have any questions moving forward I would not hesitate to reach out to him for additional assistance. Our family definitely feels much safer now and we cannot thank Sean and ADT enough!
The service and installation was fantastic. Our technician was very friendly and great at explaining what products he recommended we have in our home. The quality of the products are top notch and the technician returned within 15 minutes when we noticed the touch panel wasn't working on our device. Everything is working smoothly and we feel very safe in our new home. My only complaint is that the price of the products were much higher than I expected and wish that the prices were shared with me when I made the appointment. They are great quality so you get what you pay for but I wish I knew ahead of time so that I was prepared financially.
Brad, the technician who installed our system, was extremely thorough and helpful in guiding us to deciding on the needs for our home. We are very pleased how uncomplicated and efficient the system is. We did have some kind of communication problem which the customer service rep tried to fix over the phone. It could not be corrected so the rep scheduled a service call for the very next day, and informed me that I was still able to arm my system.
Very great customer service answered all the questions I had. The installer was great too the only issue I had was the communication between the installer and the customer service they told me a certain amount of door chimes and a credit for extra stuff but the installer said it was wrong.
