I had a good experience. Office people were very helpful and courteous. Doctor Macy replaced my right hip I feel like a new man. If you need a new hip he is a doctor to go to he actually takes time to talk and listen.

Very efficient. Very good surgical experience, though actual Doctor time was modest, I did not seek what I did not need that way. I am very happy with no-nonsense, get-it-done...but Dr Macey's team was friendly and understanding at all times.

I was not kept waiting, I needed an x-ray that was quick and efficient and Dr. Macy discussed the results and suggested a thoughtful plan of action. He is personable and professional.

My appointment was with him but it didn't get that far. Before I saw the physician, I was told I needed a test(thought to myself, this doctors ESP is on point). Kinda dumbfounded as to how they knew anything about my issue, before being seen. Left the exam room and Went to check out(not having seen the doctor). The woman at checkout asked(very professional and politely)if I was the one with the issue(wondering if she was thinking, how did I luck out and get the a-hole patient today? I probably am one. I'm just not getting pushed around as if I'm nothing more than an ATM). To which I said yes. She asked if I would waiting a moment while she went to get the practice coordinator(I know what you're thinking. Guys about to have a Karen moment(no offense to Karen's anywhere(as my kids have explained the guy version is a chad(again no offense to Chad's anywhere). This very nice kind polite coordinator lady(sorry, her name escapes me) explained their S.O.P. I replied, the whole process is TERRIBLE customer service! She apologized and said that is how the process works. To which I replied, maybe here but I can go somewhere else, that has customer service skills and treats people like people(not that anyone was rude or unprofessional). Am I wrong in wondering why, a doctor spends however many years on their education. That a simple examination cannot be preformed before tests are ordered(wonder how the profession made it before the invention of the x-ray?(wish I had a machine that did half my job for me)). Anyway, so this woman I am speaking with. She has me reschedule to see another physician, whom will preform an actual hands on exam(I thought what a relief. A doctor who gets what an office visit is for(to ask questions, draw conclusions and make an informed decision( im thinking. Someone with actual people skills(I know....I know I'm being to judgemental of the first doctor I haven't met)and a trained medical professional. I won the healthcare lottery). He completed the exam, asked more questions, answered a few and come to a logically based conclusion(you guessed it. I should have the test(shocking, amazing, what a nail biter of a conclusion(why you may ask did I cause such a fuss? Whatever happened to good ole' fashioned customer service?). In closing everyone I did meet/speak with after initial premise of my appointment was kind, professional, respectful and pleasant!
