I've never written a bad review for a doctor but this time I want to save another patient from seeing Dr. Gonzalez and walking away thinking they had to continue to suffer daily pain and walk crippled. I came to her because for 6 months I haven't been able to walk upright and was in so much pain in most of my joints and muscles that I was considering ordering a wheelchair. I could barely lift my arm to comb my hair without cringing in pain. Dr. Gonzalez told me to take Aleve. I told her I had tried all the over the counter medications and they didn't work at all and that I'm already on Tramadol pain medication but even that wasn't very helpful.nShe told me that's all she had to offer..........luckily I did not accept her advice and went to an orthopedic doctor and his physician assistant ordered a prescription anti-inflammatory drug and in 24 hours I began to improve and was able to not only walk but walk upright and I'm no longer crying in pain every day trying to move. I'm back to walking at least a mile a day and a little gardening. I have my life back....... One would think that a Rheumatologist would be able to diagnose and treat inflammation, but she was unable to do what turned out to be a simple fix.

5 star rating for Dr. Angelica Gonzalez!! No doubt about it! She takes the time to listen to her patients and will do her best to get your condition under control.

While Dr Gonzalez is nice her staff is terrible. I waited months in terrible pain to get in. They lost my refferal and records multiple times. After I got in and had blood work I was told by the doctor I would be called within a week and get right back in for a recheck. No one called me back. I had to call and they were rude and told be they had had a message in to call me but must have missed it. Then when trying to schedule my apt. They tried to schedule it far out. When I said I was told I would be able to get in they said it was impossible. This staff is uncaring and overall rude. Find an office that cares about the patients

My review is on the office only. I had an appointment which I waited 5 months. The appointment was cancelled by the office not sure why. I was rescheduled to another date That was 2 months out. I work 45 minutes away from the office my appointment was for 11:40. I googled the address, plugged into gps. Got to the appt and was told they moved and was given the new address. GPS said I was 6 minutes away. Called the office and got message I was 7th in line. Drove the 6 minutes, parked car, went to office still waiting on my cell phone. When I get to the office there wasn’t anyone at the desk. I tried getting someone’s attention but no one was around. Another patient told me they told her to wait until someone called your name. I waited 10 more minutes then got someone’s attention and asked how I could check in they told me wait until you are called. I waited 15 more minutes and a person asked if I needed to Checkin. I did then was told you are 35 minutes late. I said I was 10 minutes late but have been waiting to Checkin. After another 10 minutes I was told the dr likes to run on schedule and wouldn’t see me. I would have to reschedule and the next appt wasn’t until the end of October. This experience left me very upset and not sure if I want to give this group another try. I heard good reviews on the doctor which is a shame.

I have been seeing Dr. Gonalez for many years and I travel 45 minutes to see her. She is not only the best in her field, She has so much Compassion, has a great personality, I have ALWAYS felt so at relaxed with her
