Horrible office staff I've been without my pump supplies for a month. Dr's are good but the office staff makes them look terrible. I've been a patient here for well over 10 years. I am now looking for a new diabetes Dr because of the office staff and the administration could careless. If I could give zero stars I would

This facility lost my wife's insulin that was sent to them by Novo Nordisk. Of course they tried to shift the blame to: 1) Us. 2) Novo Nordisk. 3) The insulin going to the old location (it did not.) So my wife is without insulin because of the gross negligence of this facility. We are on the Novo Nordisk patient assistance program because we cannot afford the cost of insulin without insurance. My wife is now in grave and even lethal danger because this facility lost the insulin. To make matters worse, when we called to inquire about the insulin, the receptionist was not very understanding and condescending. She did not care. I guess this facility doesn't care either. We have proof from both Novo Nordisk and UPS that the insulin was delivered to this facility at this address. If something serious, God forbid, happens to my wife because of their negligence, we will pursue legal action against SNH Diabetic. I sincerely hope it does not come down to that.

No call back from docotes office even after tqo weeks or conducting tests. No answering when called the hospital ! How are we supposed to hold for three weeks about our diagnosis !

Paperwork is always lost when doctors or companies fax something to them they never can find it or they just don’t fill it out and they always blame the other company or other office they never take responsibility. And this has been going on for years now. It has nothing to do with the situation we’re in now. I don’t know how they stay in business I really don’t.
