I called for a simple request and was told to come in due to lack of staff. Ok, no problem, I totally understand its a small office. I come in and wait 40 mins and was met by a very rude woman who not only tried to snatch MY paper from my hand, she literally complained the entire time for having to look up some fee amounts for the car I previously owned. I have only lived in this small town for a year and where I came from there is an online database where I can find this info so we did not save our old registration. Not in Hudson apparently and she did not let me forget it. It was a simple request!

Great friendly staff, was able to renew my vehicle registration there. The folks who work in the water and sewer department are super friendly. If I had one bit of advice it would have just been for the availability during covid pandemic.
