Toyota Truck Center

I walked into the Toyota truck center on Saturday 3/13 looking specifically at a Toyota 4 runner which was a truck I have wanted for 8 years. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Bobby there and on that same day was also talking to one of the managers Michael. What I liked about Bobby was he was willing to work with me and jumped through all of the hoops I threw his way. Bobby even allowed me to bring the truck to my fathers shop to look it over. When it was found that it had a small leak I told Bobby if I went with this car that needed to be fixed, he had no problems about that. He also wasn’t pushy about me making a decision when I found out the 4 runner was just going to be too much. On Sunday 3/14 I went back with my dad and we looked at a few Rav 4’s and when it was determined that those wouldn’t keep me in the price range I needed to be in he sent me some cars that would be. After a long discussion with my dad I decided that even though it was going to bring me out of my price range I was there to get the car of my dreams. When I made the decision I went back so we could start the paperwork. Cassie helped me with the finance paperwork and she was a very polite and funny finance lady. I also felt no pressure from her to buy warranties which I appreciated. I brought the truck back in on 3/16 to have the leak fixed by Chris and i was able to pick it up yesterday. This was probably one of the best buying experiences I have had as a consumer especially with cars. I have already recommended Bobby to a few of my close friends. The atmosphere was also amazing and everyone was super friendly!

My husband and I went in to work with Lindsey Partridge on two new cars based on a recommendation. We didn’t really have any specific requirements or an idea of what we wanted. Lindsey was so fantastic in walking us through many different cars and all options and pros and cons for each. She was patient and supportive and made us feel comfortable to ask questions and in the end really helped us find exactly what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier! She even continues to follow up after the fact to make sure we are happy with our choice. We will go to Lindsey from now on for all of our car needs! Thank you so much Lindsey!

I was shopping for a truck and Andrew Collins helped find the fit for me. He helped me narrow the choices down of what I did want and did not want for my truck. We narrowed it down to a new 2021 Tacoma, which were unfortunately out of stock due to how new it is. Andrew just didn't stop there though, he called me the day they had Tacoma come off the truck that fitted everything I wanted. I was able to get that truck because of him. The people here were all kind and straight forward with what they can do for you. I would greatly recommend this place.

TOYOTA OF NASHUA! #1 I want to share my experience here at Toyota of Nashua. Being a female going into a dealership can be intimidating. Andrew Collins made my car buying process like no other. My husband got me an unbelievable 50th birthday gift. A brand new 2021 Toyota Highlander Platinum Hybrid. Our sales associate Lindsey Partridge was terrific. She is an expert on all of the features and options on the vehicle we purchased and was able to explain what was included and not included on the vehicle that we took for test ride. Lindsey and her manager helped us get to our monthly payment number which was our deciding factor in purchasing this vehicle. Both Lindsey and her manager were excellent ! Cassandra the finance manager was also very helpful with explaining what each type of warranty covered and for verifying the terms and pricing of the purchase agreement of our vehicle. Overall the 3 people we communicated with were fantastic. We would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from Toyota of Nashua. They have a great team there.
