I was a long term customer of a large insurance company but when I needed them the most, they were unavailable to help. Their system was down and there was nothing they could do. They told me to call back in an hour, I had already been on hold and disconnected for two hours at that time. I didn't have another hour to wait to see if their system would be fixed and available to help me. Super stressed, I called Brodie Ladie Statefarm. She was able to help. She took care of my insurance needs from the field hockey field. I wasn't her customer before then, but she certainly earned my trust and respect. I look forward to working with Brodie for my insurance needs for years to come now. It makes me wonder, and maybe hope, if Covid-19 has effected technology enough that it will brin business back to our local economies. Either way, so grateful for Brodie Ladue Statefarm.

I’m buying a home and I called Brodie Ladue, not only am I getting great house insurance but they combined my Car insurance into it and now I’m saving 50 dollars a month on my car insurance. She also did this while she was on vacation which was greatly appreciated as I needed this done ASAP for my loan to go through. I would highly recommend.

Contacted Brodie about home insurance. Ended up bundling car and home. Saved over $800 a year. She was great, answered all our questions, there was no pressure, never felt like I was being “sold” anything and that she had our best interests at heart. Would highly recommend.
