Everyone in the office is helpful friendly and knowledgeable. I have been with them for nearly 20 years and the people in the Guaraldi office go above and beyond to help and make sure you're getting the best service, value and quality they can give.

I’ve used nationwide insurance for almost 10 years. I’ve only contacted the local office a couple times if needed. Today I needed help as the 800# just wasn’t helping. I called extremely flustered, in tears, at my breaking point and spoke with Kathy.nnKathy went above and beyond to help me. Basically said “I got you, hold tight. Within minutes I got a call from a supervisor who escalated my case that I’ve been trying to deal with since 5:45am this morning after landing in a ditch with my toddler (I hate snow & winter).nnKathy called me back to check in. Seriously I appreciate that so much.nnAny other time I have needed help staff has been wonderful. But today. Today was quite the eventful day and Kathy helped a lot.

Will treat the customer like a human being and not as another number in their books, while offering a wide variety of different types’ of insurance, you could easily take care of all your insurance needs’ with one stop here. You will find the most competitive rates’ in this area offered here as well, with some of the Nation’s top tier insurance companies’. If you’re shopping for insurance, I would highly recommended you go the extra mile, and at least give this agency a call before you make your final decision.

Although us moving and one of our children no longer needing parent-provided car insurance means we no longer purchase from Timothy Guaraldi Insurance...we had such an awesome experience for so many years (decades?) we highly recommend them...and plan on returning to their fold should we move to a place where they can provide insurance for us.
