Such an enjoyable experience! The process was so quick and pleasant, even with my two children with me! They accommodated us basically like family to make it an even more enjoyable for them too! The pricing on their vehicles; very fair and Jennifer is very upfront with how they do things! I highly recommend them to everyone looking for a great, affordable used vehicle! I am loving mine! Jeni and Luke were so great to work with. Very transparent, kind, and answered all our questions. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the deal and knew exactly what was happening throughout the process. They even helped us get our first ever car insurance! Earlier today I drove up to White River Junction to show my car to Luke. I was planning to sell my car and had used KBB to get an “instant cash offer.” Three dealers responded immediately. Yesterday, I went to the other two since they were much closer to home. Both of them were appalling, denigrating my car, using high-pressure dealer tactics to try to badger me into believing my car was not worth the money stated in “instant cash offer” their bot had already agreed to. I walked out of both places, having had to demand my keys back. This morning I was thinking about calling off my appointment at Junction, as I didn’t want to drive a long way to be insulted. Thankfully, I stuck with the plan and went to see Luke.nnWhat an absolute, yet all-too-rare, rewarding experience at a car dealership! The conversation was respectful, no pressure tactics were used, and after looking over my car he made me a very fair offer. So unlike most of the other reviewers here, I am a highly satisfied SELLER in a deal with Junction.nnBut you know what? When my daughter is ready to buy her next used car (in about a year) I will bring her to Junction before even thinking about hitting any of the business-as-usual car dealers in my area.nnThanks Luke and Jennifer for such a positive outcome today!

great experience! live in NY the owner Luke met us halfway ud83dudc4d told me everything about the truck. easy paper work. would definitely recommend and buy from them again
