I recently brought in my 2007 Mercedes M-Class for a state inspection sticker. I was treated with courtesy, the service was completed in good time, and the cost was reasonable. I have been bringing my vehicle to Lebanon Ford for a few years, and have always been pleased with the service department. From service to cashier, the employees I have dealt with have been polite, friendly, and competent. Especially thanks to Michelle, Hunter, and Liz for their courtesy and professionalism.

We had a great experience buying our new car through Lebanon Ford. George Osgood was extremely helpful and really took the time to make sure all of our needs were met and that we left happy. Talked to sales manager set up deal to purchase a truck and was told all good at end of day Saturday. Touched base this morning was all set began drive to dealer. Over an hour into drive he calls back and tells me truck has sold to his other dealer. This being said I asked him didn’t you assure me we were good to go and no need for a deposit he said yes. Still no truck after gathering kids and wasting 3 hrs of my day. Also had friends reach out and they were told that the truck was sold this morning Which is not the same story I was given. Sold in some online auction where the truck is still listed online marketplace and Lebanon Ford for sale. Don’t waste your time with this dealership therefore they cannot hold their end of the deal

Customer service could use some manners training. Lady answering service desk kept sighing very audible when my husband had trouble giving her the error code. Sorry we interupted her day. We asked her if it was ok to drive the car and instead of asking a mechanic she told us she had no way of knowing if the car was safe to drive. When the car was ready for pick up no one called us. We had to call them and when they couldn't find the service ticket we were asked if they actually had our car. We own 2 Fords and a Lincoln. Won't be taking them to Lebanon Ford for service

Do not purchase the undercoating from this company it is the biggest rip off there is the vehicle does not get completely undecorated big spots beneath the vehicle not touch.and was told that is acceptable per the warranty company that they sell it for. So save your money and go elsewhere and get it done right
