They will charge $130.00 to “diagnose” the problem with the car; whether they find the problem in 5 minutes or 25 minutes. THEN they will charge to fix the problem.nnI had purchased a backup key when I first purchased this used car. They would not order it unless I paid first. Then, when I was there to have the key programmed, they said I had not paid for the key. If they had ordered it, obviously I had had to pay for it.nnService Department man was not helpful or clear. Parts Department man was very helpful. I’m now looking for another Volvo dealership so I can get the key programmed.
First time in was a bit rough, but the actions of supervisors truly show the values and morals of a company. Jeff Miller is thoughtful , kind and repsponsive. I would recommend Volvo of Lebanon.
Have always had a great experience with service here over the last 6 years I've been a customer. New additions of valet service, car washing, and responsive email communications are really welcome.
