I bought a new vehicle from Key Nissan in March 2021 and couldn't be happier with the dealership and level of service they provided. There were no high pressure tactics from the sales rep Sam or the manager James and no push to get me into a vehicle I didn't want. At the end, I had a quick checkout with Jim in the finance department who didn't try to pressure me into buying ridiculous things like tire insurance. These guys are a quality team of genuine people and I'm really happy with my experience and my purchase! Thanks, guys!

Great experience with Chris and Dave in the service department. They had my recall fixed with no broken components and so no out of pocket cost! They even washed it for me. Thanks guys! Also thank you to the blonde sales man that let me call my mom on his phone much appreciated!

A couple weeks ago I went into the dealership with a pre-approval letter. I knew my situation for looking for a new car was not the best, but I wanted to sit down and get numbers to see what my options looked like. I walked in and did not get greeted by anyone. Stood there for a minute and the salesman looked around and saw no one was headed my way. So he finally acknowledged me. We sat down, he listened, he was very helpful. Explained my situation and what I was looking for. I gave him my key right off because I knew they would need to look at my car. Him and 2 others, after chatting for a few, basically ran outside. No more than 2 minutes later they returned. Chatted a little bit more. The finance guy came over, sat down and told me there was nothing they could do because of the negative equity. Said payments would be way over $800 and I would need thousands down. Never once brought me numbers to look at or discussed if I even had money to put down. Basically pushed me out the door... (Apparently their conversation was so important they couldn't help me? Was not there was anyone else there buying a car). Told me to wait a year and come back. I was in there no longer than 20 minutes and wasn't even given my pre-approval letter back. I had purchased 2 other cars from this dealership and that is why I wanted to go back. Always had good luck (was Team Nissan at the time). Was not looking to walk out with a new car but expected the same type of service that would of been given to someone else not in my situation. Next day I went to a different Nissan dealership. Not only did they work hard and fight to put me in a new car... My payments were way less than $800 with some money down and an interest rate that was amazing. NEVER will I visit Key Nissan again... maybe they should go back to getting commission.... they might ACTUALLY want to help people....

I purchased my vehicle when it was Team Nissan. I was given free oil changes for duration of my 36'000 mile lease. The refused to honor and I drove out of my way to pay $75 for an oil change on a leased car. I was thinking about trading my vehicle or doing a new lease. But I think I will find another option.
