First of all I thought i was charge too much money also the lady made my taxes under someone else name (very similar to mine) and a different social security. While she went to print the papers I notice on the screen that was not me. I am a registrar at the hospital and WE HAVE TO make sure we confirm the patients first and last name, date of birth and address to make sure WE have the CORRECT patient. I asked the lady don't you guys confirm this info with the customers to make sure you have the correct info and the correct customer? her reply back was WELL we BOTH fail to confirm it. So i proceeded to explain to her what type of work I do and that it is MY responsibility I get the correct patient on the system. She didn't even ask me if any of the info was correct. So NO it is not my responsibility, I'm putting all my trust in you guys, so SHE FAILED to make sure she had the correct customer. I'm just glad I noticed on time before I left that office. NEED to be more careful next time.
