If possible I would choose to take myself and my kids here every time over the other local options! Been on numerous occasions and have never had a bad experience. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and makes you feel like they actually care! 10/10 every time!

I scheduled a kindergarten physical for my daughter. The day of my appointment they called and left me a voicemail asking if I could come in 15 minutes early because the Dr. had to leave early. I called them back and said that would be fine. I took time off work so I could make it to this appointment. I arrived at the time they requested and just started to do my paperwork when I was informed the doctor would not see us because she had to leave early. I explained that I came in at the earlier time they requested so I could get the appointment in. They told me they didn’t know it was a physical and that it was going to take longer than expected even though the voicemail they left on my phone clearly asked if I could move my daughters “physical appointment” up early. I explained that I had taken off work early to get there at the time they had requested just 6 hours earlier but that did no good. All I got was sorry but not sorry come back some other time. I was able to schedule the appointment at Urgent Care in York and could not be happier with them. I was a repeat patient here but I will not be coming back to this Urgent Care in Seward.
