I've been with American Family going on 9 years because of the amazing customer service I receive, specifically from this office. I used to work with the Kirk Rohman team and they're such a wonderful group of individuals who are invested in making a difference. I'm happy with my rates and can't imagine switching. I'm also glad there is now an Ashland office because it's closer to home for me YAY :)
