If I could score lower I totally would. I would even give a negative rating. For the percentage that she charges for her fee she is not worth it. We had met with her to see if we wanted her to sell the house, at the beginning she was great and positive but once we officially moved the only request that we had was that she keep us updated weekly. If it wasn’t for me or my fiancé texting her, calling her or emailing her we would have NEVER gotten any updates from her. She conveniently never had my email even though I left it for her before I left and I was constantly resending it to her even giving her my work email.nIf you are someone who is looking for a caring realtor DO NOT go with Linda she does not care about you as a person, she only cares about you as dollar signs.

I had an unfortunate experience working with this realitor. I would first like to say the back of the house staff who is not represented on the company’s name are very professional and should not be reflected in this review. I was told when I first hired her it would take roughly a couple of months because of the well kept condition. I understand there is no guarantee when it comes to selling a home but 11 months and 14K later (how much I lost) is absurd. I felt at times it was pulling teeth to get a response from the Realitor on updates on showings and interest. I understand Beatrice being a smaller market but when you are receiving 7% commission split whatever way the Realitor should show better customer service. This review is of my own personal experience and should be taken for informational purposes only.
